Attention | Intention | Emergence
Two artists different in their executions but accomplished in their dramatic intentions.
October 12 - Oct 27, 2018
Please join us Friday, October 12th from 6-9pm for the opening reception of Attention | Intention | Emergence.

All are welcome, refreshments served and artists in attendance.

Informed by their attention to detail, Monique Fillion and Carl Schlademan engage in a subjective dialogue between their experiences and their deliberate and poetic uses of paint. Fillion's intentional layering of brush marks uncovers emerging shapes that result in organic intuitive abstractions. Schlademan's refined language of landscape and still-life produce a physical recognition that reveals light, romance, and drama. Their distilled observations share a vigilant attendance to painting technique. Two artists different in their executions but accomplished in their dramatic intentions.
